ACCC & ASIC DEBT COLLECTION GUIDELINES
This guideline will help you to understand how the Commonwealth consumer protection laws apply to Vic Collect as a debt collection agency and what we can and cannot do for you when trying to recover debts. It is also a practical guide to yourself as a Creditor when attempting to collect your own debts before a debt collection agency becomes involved.
The commission we charge on debts collected is as per the below Commission Rate Table. The percentage charged is set on the debt amount you hand to us to collect.
